I recently purchased the Fiber Laser Engraver from Simson Mall, and I wanted to share my experience. Shipping took about a week, which was within the estimated timeframe for a larger item like this. The machine arrived securely crated, and all components were accounted for. Setting it up required some technical knowledge, but their online guides were helpful. I also reached out to customer support with a question about the laser marking software, and they responded within a day with a clear explanation. The engraver itself produces excellent results, very precise. I also picked up a Rotary Attachment separately, and it integrated seamlessly.
